Features:
(1)This type of condensers is composed of two products W-0.5 and W-1.The working(condensing) area for each leaf is 0.5m2 for the W-0.5 condenser and 1m2 for W-1 condenser.The diameter of condenser is 700mm and 960mm for the two products respectively.The rating condensing area of 1.5m2 through 15m2 is available,which is to be chosen at the customer's request£®
(2)The product is featured with its tight design and composition.A condenser with working area of 10m2 weighs only 980kg and thus is easy for transportation and installation£®
(3)The condensing process is achieved by heat- exchange occurring during the counter-phase flow of
hot gas and cooling water.The leaf distance iS small and constant.The medium diffusing is repeated through the process.Thus high efficiency is assured and the phenomenon of gas leakage avoided.Generally there is no doubts about the condensing effect even tap water is used as cooling water. Sometimes,parallel feed of tap water is adopted to ensure a high condensing efficiency£®
(4)The condensing efficiency of this product is at least 2 times that of graphite heat-exchanger or glass line sleeve-type condenser with same condensing area£®
(5)Should component(s) of the condenser worn out after operation,just replace or simply disconnect several leafs.The CondenserS still works then.Thus a long life of operation is attained.
