When designing the fermentation equipment with various specifications,we achieve the strict structure design, with enough strength and service life,and strive to reduce the accessories inside the equipment, smooth surface, attention to have good performance of gas contact and mixture of gas and solid, make thematerial transfer, gas exchange processing effectively. There is enough heat transfer area, in order to ensure that the fermentation can be carried out in most appropriate temperature. Pay attention to the sealing performance of the equipment to guarantee the sterilization operation. |

Fermentation equipment is a reaction equipment widely used in microbial growth. In the fermentation tank, all kinds of microbe grow metabolism and form fermentation product in the right environment. Fermentation equipment at present is already widely used in pharmaceutical, monosodium glutamate, enzymes, food industry, etc.
The fermentation tank designed by our factory is the standard type tank model, when the nominal volume is less than 6 M3,this kind of tank adopts jacket. The cooling or heating of the fermentation gas is completed by the jacket. When the nominal volume is more than 6 M3, the cooling of the fermentation gas is completed by the vertical tube row, and we have made the improvement in the connection ways of the tube row in the tank. This is mainly to avoid opening too many holes on the tank body and forming a blind Angle. This kind of continuous manner gets a satisfactory effect in the actual use.
