ZN-C new type of concentrator
 

1, ZN-C with their body lengthened and separate section.
2, To overcome the shortcoming that the secondary steam at the top of tank is condensed and return to the tank before entering the condenser, the condenser of this equipment is designed to be inclined horizontal type.
3, In order to improve production capacity of the equipment, the heating area of concentrator jacket, condenser, cooler area has been increased with different degree.
4, To prevent dead angle of the concentrator discharge pipe, stainless steel ball cock is adopted for this product.
5, Quick opening hand hole is arranged at the lower side of the concentrator, so as to clean the residual liquid and waste in the tank.
6, The heating jacket of ZN-C is divided into two sections or three sections,when the liquid level is low, open the heating of the upper section to prevent dry wall.

The bottom is changed into cone bottom so as to drain the concentrate.
