Profile:

1. A complete set of emulsifying machine includes emulsification pot,water, oil, and dissolve pot, operation platform, electric cabinet, vacuumpump.
2. The inside of the main pot is negative pressurized of -0.07 Mpa, positive pressurized of 0.15 Mpa, and jacket  inside pressure is 0.3 Mpa, welding seam ofjacket is nondestructive examined.
3. The material of the inner port is imported 304 stainless steel, thermal insulation layer is out of the jacket, and the shell adopts 304 stainless steelwith polished inner and outer surface.
4. Emulsification pot is equipped with homogenizer, digital thermometer, vacuum pressure gauge, discharge valve, filtration opening, sight glass opening, inletand outlet of steam and cooling water.

5. Rotation speed of agitation of the emulsification pot is 0 ~ 85RPM with frequency conversion speed stepless speed regulation, homogenizer isof 0 ~ 3000 RPM frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, rotation speedof dissolve pot is frequency conversion stepless speed regulation.
6. Installation type of main pot: fixed, tilt type (below 500 liters)
7. Platform can be designed according to users¡¯ requirement.
