Rack selection
Basicly the rack is selected according to the diameter of output shaft of the reduction gear.The rack can be divided into non¡ªsupport£¬single¡ªsupport and duplex¡ªsuppor types etc£®
1.Non-support type is used for small axialload and gentle stirring set£®It iS suitable to transfer smalI power.Stiff coupling iS adopted for the connection of stirrer to reduction box£®
2.Single-support type is used for less gentle stirring,minor power and shaft load case£®In this case GT coupling will be used.
3.Duplex-support type will be selected in the case the former two are not suitable.The tapered bore self-aligning roller bearing with fastening will be recom domended for the lower support.Thus it will be very convenient for installation and maintenance.Furthermore,the HL elastic dowel pin shaft coupling has to be selected for the connection of stirrer with reduction box.

1.The alphabet"i" in reduction gear specification represent gear ratio.The motor speed is 1500rpm.The alphabet "O" represent gear ratio available for reduction box.The rpm is for the output speed.The customer is free to select reductionbox with different gear ratio and power based on specific set.
2.Say,the required power for glass lining reaction jar with a volume of 3000L iS 5.5kW,the stirring speed is 85rpm,we can find BLD5.5-3-17J5 cycloidal reducer in the specification tableau,while"TJ5" is the type version of rack kit.
