BM film evaporator

This thin film evaporator unit consists of three components: evaporator, vapor-liquid separator, preheater, plus a simple separator. The evaporator is a rising-film tubular heat exchanger. Featuring large production capacity, high efficiency and short material heating time, it is suitable for concentration of dilute solutions in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. All parts of the equipment in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, delivering good corrosion resistance, long service life and compliance with pharmaceutical sanitary requirements.

Note: The elevated tank, rotameter, steam trap, process valves and pipelines shall be supplied by the user. If agency procurement is required, it shall be specified at contract signing.
