  I. Working Principle

  The drum flaker implements a cooling crystallization process. The molten material in the feed pan contacts the cooled rotating drum and forms a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange between the film and drum wall cools and crystallizes the material film. The crystallized film is scraped off by a scraper to obtain flaky products.

  Drum drying is a continuous operation process. By means of heat transfer through a rotating drum, materials attached to the outer drum wall or strip materials are heated and dried.
