  1. Model ZN-C features an extended cylinder separation section;

  2. To eliminate the drawback that secondary steam from the top of the concentration tank condenses before entering the condenser and flows back into the tank, the condenser of this equipment is designed as an inclined horizontal type;

  3. To improve production capacity, the heating area of the concentration tank jacket, as well as the areas of the condenser and cooler, are increased to varying degrees;

  4. To avoid dead space at the liquid outlet pipe of the concentration tank, a stainless steel spherical stopcock is adopted in this product;

  5. A quick-opening handhole is arranged at the lower part of the concentration tank for cleaning residual liquid and residues inside the tank;

  6. For Model ZN-C, the heating jacket is divided into two or three sections. When the liquid level is low, the upper heating section can be closed to prevent dry wall. Its bottom is modified to a conical bottom for complete discharge of concentrated liquid.
