  This equipment is suitable for low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials such as Chinese herbal medicine, western medicine, glucose, wine brewing, starch, oral liquid, chemical products, food, monosodium glutamate and dairy products.   1. This concentrator adopts double-effect simultaneous evaporation. The secondary steam is fully utilized, which not only reduces boiler investment, but also cuts energy consumption. Its energy consumption is 50% lower than that of single-effect concentrators.

  2. The equipment adopts external heating natural circulation and vacuum negative pressure mode, featuring fast evaporation speed and high concentration ratio. Liquid materials are concentrated without foaming in a fully sealed environment. The liquid medicine concentrated by this equipment is pollution-free with rich medicinal flavor, and easy to clean (just open the top cover of the heater).

  3. All parts of the equipment in contact with liquid materials are made of stainless steel (0Cr19Ni9), complying with GMP standards. Heaters and evaporators are equipped with external thermal insulation covered by patterned stainless steel sheet, making the equipment look elegant and attractive in workshop.
