WZ three-effect energy-saving external circulation ring replacement vacuum concentrator (can recycle alcohol)

This concentrator is applicable for concentration of solutions such as Chinese herbal medicine, western medicine, glucose, starch, monosodium glutamate, dairy products and chemical materials. It is especially suitable for low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials. Users may select the concentrator from this series according to actual working conditions and technical parameters.

1. This concentrator adopts external-heating natural circulation and negative-pressure evaporation mode, featuring fast evaporation rate and high concentration specific gravity up to 1.2-1.3.

2. The concentrator uses triple-effect simultaneous evaporation. Secondary steam is reused repeatedly, which reduces boiler investment and energy consumption. Its energy consumption is 70% lower than that of single-effect concentrators. Users can recover the total investment of this concentrator from energy savings within less than one year.

3. Multi-functional operation features: (1) Alcohol can be recovered at concentration of around 80%. (2) The 1st, 2nd and 3rd effects can be combined repeatedly for ointment collection. (3) Intermittent or continuous feeding is available.
