This unit is suitable for recovery of dilute alcohol in pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical and other industries. It is also applicable to distillation of other solvents such as methanol. According to user requirements, the unit can distill dilute alcohol of around 30°C up to 90~95°C alcohol. If higher purity of finished alcohol is required, the reflux ratio can be increased, while the output will decrease correspondingly.

This unit adopts high-efficiency metallic stainless steel packing. The distillation column is made of stainless steel to prevent tower packing blockage caused by iron filings and extend the service life of the unit. All parts of the equipment in contact with alcohol, such as condenser, pressure stabilizing tank and cooling coil, are made of stainless steel to ensure the finished alcohol free from contamination. The distillation still is equipped with removable U-type heating tubes, which can be pulled out of the still for maintenance, facilitating cleaning of the outer wall of heating tubes and inner wall of the distillation still. The unit supports batch production, semi-continuous and continuous production.
