  Application:
  EV and CM series emulsifying vessels are new-type vacuum emulsifying units manufactured by our factory. Designed by relevant experts by absorbing advantages of similar products at home and abroad, they feature novel structure, excellent emulsification effect, low energy consumption and reliable operation. Both inside and outside of the vessel are polished for attractive appearance.
  Features of EV Model:
  The emulsification process of the emulsifying vessel is carried out under fully sealed conditions. Materials inside the vessel undergo high-speed internal circulating shear mixing and emulsification via the bottom homogenizer. The upper scraper agitator generates centrifugal force during operation, pressing PTFE scrapers tightly against the vessel wall, which effectively solves material adhesion on the wall and prevents contamination by dust and microorganisms. The finished emulsified product is bright and fine, with particle size down to 3~5μm.
  Features of CM Model:
  This type of emulsifying vessel is improved on the basis of imported equipment. It is essential equipment for producing medium-to-high grade emulsions, creams and ointments in China. It boasts rational design and advanced technology. All technical parameters are comparable with similar international products from the 1980s. Its homogenizing system delivers more than twice the shear cycles compared with Italy TE-3 and Japan YQ vacuum homogenizing emulsifying vessels. After homogenization, materials are fine, uniform and exceptionally glossy. The homogenizing system adopts propelling, extruding and worm gear shear structure. Materials are fed to the homogenizer by propeller impeller, and homogenized through dynamic toothed worm gear and two fixed gear rings. When the impeller rotates at high speed, suction force pushes materials through sequential propulsion, extrusion and worm gear shearing to achieve homogenization. During operation of the homogenizer, valves between vessel and homogenizer pipeline can be closed for internal or external circulation homogenization according to different material viscosities, ensuring uniform emulsification of all materials. Meanwhile, the homogenizer can also serve as discharge pump and cleaning pump. Under centrifugal force generated during operation of the advanced scraper agitator, PTFE scrapers cling tightly to the vessel wall, effectively eliminating wall adhesion without dead corners. The ideal variable frequency speed regulator enables stepless speed adjustment. A unique sight glass assembly fitted with enclosed lighting lamp is installed on the vessel platform for operators to observe material emulsification status at any time. Heating and cooling of the whole set are completed within the same jacket. Outside the jacket is an aluminum silicate insulation layer, covered by mirror-polished stainless steel decorative panels. This not only shortens heating and cooling time, but also prevents scalding of operators to guarantee production safety.
