I. Product Purpose

The automatic debubbling machine adopts heating tubes for heating, automatic door opening/closing and automatic interlock device. An external rail-type material trolley is used for loading and unloading. It removes bubbles generated during product lamination by pressure and temperature. It is mainly applied to eliminate bubbles and implement secondary pressure bonding after flat lamination processes including soft-to-hard, soft-to-soft and hard-to-hard lamination for various products. This process improves the adhesive force between different materials. It can also be used for processes such as degassing of CELL liquid crystal cells.

II. Product Applications

1) Food industry with cooking kettles, steam cookers, vulcanization tanks, etc.: for example, cooking of Wuxi Sanfengqiao spare ribs, Shandong Dezhou braised chicken, various chicken feet, duck feet, salted duck eggs, etc.;

2) Chemical industry: such as sealing tapes, tires, condoms, etc.
