WZ111 500-5000 series three-effect energy-saving external circulation vacuum concentrator (can recycle alcohol)

This concentrator is suitable for concentrating solutions of Chinese medicine, western medicine, glucose, starch, monosodium glutamate, dairy products, chemical industry, etc., especially for low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials. Users can select the concentrator from the series according to actual conditions.
1. This concentrator adopts external heating natural circulation and negative pressure evaporation mode, featuring fast evaporation speed and high concentration specific gravity up to 1.2-1.3;
2. It adopts triple-effect simultaneous evaporation. The secondary steam is reused repeatedly, which not only saves boiler investment but also reduces energy consumption. Compared with single-effect concentrator, energy consumption is reduced by 70%. Users can recover the total investment of this concentrator from energy savings within less than one year.
3. Multi-functional operation features: (1) Alcohol can be recovered at a concentration of about 80%. (2) The 1st, 2nd and 3rd effects can be combined repeatedly for ointment collection. (3) Intermittent or continuous feeding is available.
