WZ11 500-2000 series double effect concentrator (can recycle alcohol)

This equipment is suitable for low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials such as Chinese medicine, western medicine, glucose, wine brewing, starch, oral liquid, chemical products, food, monosodium glutamate and dairy products. Users can select the concentrator from the series according to the required concentration capacity in the technical parameters.

1. This concentrator adopts double-effect simultaneous evaporation. The secondary steam is fully utilized, which not only saves boiler investment but also reduces energy consumption; the energy consumption is reduced by 50% compared with single-effect concentrator;
2. The equipment adopts external heating natural circulation and vacuum negative pressure mode, featuring fast evaporation speed and high concentration ratio. Liquid material is concentrated in fully sealed condition without foaming. The liquid medicine concentrated by this equipment is pollution-free with strong medicinal flavor, and easy to clean (just open the top cover of heater);
3. All parts in contact with liquid material are made of stainless steel (0Cr19Ni9), complying with GMP standards. Heater and evaporator are equipped with external thermal insulation, and the insulation layer is covered with patterned stainless steel sheet, making the equipment look more elegant and beautiful in workshop.
