ZN-C new concentration tank

1. Model ZN-C features an extended cylinder separation section;
2. To overcome the drawback that secondary steam at the top of concentration tank condenses before entering the condenser and flows back into the tank, the condenser is designed as inclined horizontal type;
3. To improve production capacity, the heating area of concentration tank jacket, condensation area and cooling area of the cooler are enlarged to varying degrees;
4. Stainless steel spherical stopcock is adopted to avoid dead zone at the liquid outlet pipe of concentration tank;
5. A quick-opening handhole is arranged at the lower part of concentration tank for cleaning residual liquid and residues inside the tank;
6. For ZN-C model, the heating jacket is divided into two or three sections. When liquid level is low, the upper heating section can be closed to prevent dry-wall. The tank bottom is designed as conical bottom for complete discharge of concentrated liquid.
