Vacuum rake dryer

It features simple structure, easy operation, long service life, stable and reliable performance, low steam consumption and strong adaptability, delivering good product quality. It is especially suitable for drying paste materials that are heat-sensitive, flammable and prone to oxidation under temperature adjustment. Long-term operation by users has verified it as a high-performance drying equipment. Principle: The wet material is fed into the center of the top of the shell. Under stirring by forward-reverse rotating rake teeth, the material moves axially back and forth. The material surface contacting the shell inner wall is continuously renewed and indirectly heated by steam. Uniform agitation from rake teeth and crushing by crushing rods facilitate moisture release from the material surface. The vaporized moisture passes through dry dust collector, wet dust collector and condenser, and is vented at the vacuum pump outlet. Structure: Main components of vacuum rake dryer.
