◎ Product Introduction
The screw cooler is mainly used for high-temperature cooling of animal and plant protein after drying, to prevent product quality degradation caused by excessive temperature and scalding accidents during material conveying. The internal screw can be designed as single-shaft, twin-shaft, four-shaft, etc. The screw blades are double-blade type, cooling water flows through the double blades to absorb heat and cool materials, while fully mixing the materials. The outer shell is also of jacket type, realizing internal and external cooling of the equipment with high cooling efficiency. Since cold water is used as cooling medium, no dust is generated, which reduces material loss and waste gas treatment load. It is one of the superior cooling equipment available at present. Its main features are as follows:
— The equipment shell adopts double-layer jacket. Low-temperature cooling water or other cooling media circulate inside both the jacket and internal rotors, providing large heat exchange area and improving cooling efficiency. Equipment materials can be carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, high-temperature resistant steel, etc.
