◎ Product Introduction
Our company cooperates with international enterprises with advanced pressing technology to jointly develop the new TP/TC series twin-screw concentrating & pressing equipment. It is mainly used for pressing and dewatering of various fibrous materials, widely applied in fishmeal, bone meal, meat meal, starch, fermentation broth, feed, papermaking, bagasse, pectin, pharmaceutical, environmental wastewater treatment and other industries.
— Liquid is squeezed out through filtration by extrusion force generated by counter-rotating pair of variable-diameter shafts and variable-pitch screws. It features high liquid extraction efficiency, low material damage, low material loss and easy operation.
— Slurry enters the machine from the feed inlet and is pushed forward by counter-rotating variable-diameter screw shafts. Adopting unequal-pitch and unequal-diameter design for screw blades and main shafts, the spacing between screw blades gradually decreases and the shaft diameter increases from feed inlet to slurry outlet. The volume of slurry inside the screen is compressed progressively, and the liquid between materials is discharged through the screen mesh under extrusion, achieving continuous liquid-solid separation.
— The solid-liquid separation system consists of screen frame, screen plate, screen mesh and screw shafts, fastened to the base by bolts to support material filtration and dewatering during extrusion. The aperture of screen plate ranges from 0.1 to 5mm to prevent loss of large particles.
— Large compression ratio, good dewatering performance, low moisture content of discharged material, stable and vibration-free operation, suitable for continuous production.
