◎ Product Introduction
LXC type continuous cooker is one of the key equipment in wet fish meal production. It adopts indirect heating via outer jacket and heating through internal spiral main shaft to fully cook raw fish. This avoids protein loss caused by a large amount of condensate mixing into materials from direct steam heating. The main shaft motor is variable frequency adjustable. Rotating speed can be adjusted according to different raw fish to meet production requirements for different fish species, fish sizes and seasonal variations. An automatic steam trap system recovers all steam condensate to greatly improve waste heat utilization and reduce energy consumption.
