◎ Product Introduction
The GSD type tube bundle dryer consists of a stationary shell fitted with a rotatable heating tube bundle. Steam enters the tubes through rotary joints for heat transfer and then drains out as condensate. Moisture inside materials is heated outside the tubes and vaporized, then extracted by negative pressure fan. Materials are thrown up by rotating material shovels inside the machine, fall evenly onto the outer surface of heating tubes, and are pushed from feed end to discharge end by material shovels, achieving excellent drying performance.
GSD series tube bundle dryers are widely used for drying loose materials in chemical, light industry, food, grain deep processing, feed and other industries, such as corn starch germ, protein powder, fiber, feed, distiller's grains, bone meal, fish meal, granular or powdered fertilizer, inorganic minerals, etc.
