Reaction kettle

Reaction vessels are pressure vessels mainly used for physical and chemical reactions, such as reaction kettles, oxidation kettles, decomposition kettles, polymerization kettles, crystallization kettles, etc. Our company can manufacture large reaction kettles with volume up to 80m³, pressure up to 10MPa and single unit weight up to 100T. Heating methods include electric heating, steam, thermal oil, infrared heating, etc.; cooling methods consist of jacket cooling, external coil cooling and internal coil cooling inside the kettle. The rotation speed is 0~1000r/min with variable frequency speed regulation. The type of stirring impeller can be arbitrarily selected according to user requirements. Available materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, duplex steel and their composite materials.

According to different sealing types, reaction kettles can be divided into: packing seal, mechanical seal and magnetic seal.

Based on manufacturing structure, reaction kettles fall into three categories: open flat cover reaction kettle, open large butt-welded flange reaction kettle and closed reaction kettle. Each structure has its applicable scope, advantages and disadvantages.
