Stainless steel reactor

Our factory manufactures stainless steel reactors (electric, steam, thermal oil heated), which consist of kettle cover, cylinder, jacket, agitator, shaft sealing transmission assembly and support. The kettle body and components in contact with internal materials are fabricated from 0Cr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti acid-resistant stainless steel plates.

Our factory specializes in manufacturing stainless steel reaction kettles and undertakes design & fabrication of non-standard equipment for chemical and light industries. Customers at home and abroad are welcome to make inquiries.

Agitator types of our reaction kettles include various conventional styles: paddle agitator, turbine agitator, propeller agitator, anchor agitator, frame agitator, helical ribbon agitator, serrated disc agitator, etc.

We specially recommend high-shear emulsifying reaction kettles, combined stirring reactors integrating frame agitator, high-shear emulsifier and wall scraper. With remarkable advantages, they integrate dispersion, mixing, emulsification, homogenization and pulverization functions, featuring ultra-fine processing, high quality and high efficiency.

Since production processes and operating conditions vary among users, jacket heating types include electric rod heating, steam heating and thermal oil circulation heating. Shaft sealing devices adopt packing seal or mechanical seal. Agitator types include anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller or frame styles. The quantity, specification of openings and other requirements can be designed and manufactured as per customer requirements.
