The nozzle of the high-pressure defoaming machine is a key component for achieving efficient defoaming. Over time, it is prone to clogging due to liquid impurities, residual substances, etc., which will affect the defoaming effect. Regular cleaning of the nozzle can effectively maintain the stable operation of the equipment. Before cleaning, the power supply of the equipment should be turned off, and when removing the nozzle, be careful not to damage the sealing components to prevent subsequent leakage problems.

For different types of nozzles, appropriate cleaning methods can be adopted. For mild impurities adhering to the surface, a soft brush can be used to gently scrub them off, or they can be rinsed away with clean water. If there is stubborn blockage inside the nozzle, it can be immersed in a dedicated cleaning solution. After the impurities are fully dissolved, it can be flushed and cleared using high-pressure air. During the cleaning process, avoid using sharp tools to prevent scratching the inner wall of the nozzle and affecting the jet effect.

When dealing with the problem of blockage, it is necessary to first identify the cause of the blockage. If it is caused by the excessive solid content in the liquid, a filtration device can be added at the front end to reduce the entry of impurities into the nozzle. If it is caused by long-term lack of cleaning, a regular cleaning plan should be formulated and the cleaning cycle adjusted according to the usage frequency. After cleaning, install and debug the nozzle, check whether the jetting state is normal, ensure that the nozzle recovers good working performance, and guarantee the defoaming efficiency of the high-pressure defoamer machine.
