The Wuxi reaction vessel is an important equipment used in chemical plants. The operation and subsequent processes are, to a large extent, directly based on this installation step. The first thing to understand is actually related to the installation environment of the Wuxi reaction vessel. For a high-pressure vessel, it is necessary to ensure that it is placed in a high-pressure operation room that meets explosion-proof requirements. When multiple high-pressure vessels are installed, they should be placed separately. There should be reliable explosion-proof barriers between each pair of vessels. For each operation room, to a large extent, there will be direct access to the outside or an exit through a passage. When there are explosive media present, it is necessary to ensure that the equipment location has good ventilation.
Then, when it comes to the installation and sealing of the reactor cover in Wuxi, the actual sealing method used for the reactor body and the cover is the contact seal formed by the conical surface and the arc surface. What we need to do next is to pay attention to tightening the main bolts so that they compress each other and achieve a good seal. When tightening the main bolts, the force should not exceed the range of 80 to 120 NM of the tightening torque. In this way, to a large extent, it can prevent the sealing surface from being deformed and over-worn due to excessive load. For the sealing surface, it is actually necessary to pay special attention and take good care of it.
When installing the lid of the Wuxi reaction tank, it is necessary to slowly start the lid to rise up, to prevent the sealing surfaces between the tank body and the lid from colliding with each other. Next, we should pay attention to that we should tighten the main nut. It is necessary to do it symmetrically and gradually apply force in multiple steps, and the force should be uniform. In this way, for the equipment, it can achieve a relatively good sealing effect.
Later, it was mentioned that when connecting the forward and reverse nuts of the Wuxi reaction tank, it is necessary to ensure that only the forward and reverse nuts can be rotated at the connection point, and the two circular arc surfaces cannot rotate relative to each other. Subsequently, when assembling all the threaded connection components, oil or oil-mixed graphite needs to be applied to prevent the occurrence of seizing. Regarding the use of valves on the Wuxi reaction tank, for needle valves, a line seal will be used, and only a gentle rotation of the valve needle is required to press the sealing surface on the equipment, which will achieve a relatively good sealing effect. It is strictly prohibited to use excessive force, otherwise, the sealing surface will be damaged.
